Location and the staff. The staff are outstanding.
The added on valet charge and resort charges seemed a bit high.

Property was beautiful. Staff was wonderful.
Phone didn’t work and TV remote didn’t work when we got there. A good young tech came to fix but had to run down to front desk twice to address things.
