We had a lovely room, the Costal suite
The noise was quite loud on the Friday eve from the neighbouring school however we sat and watched the game from the balcony and it was quite by 9.30pm, we had no further issues with noise in our bedroom, the lounge area we could hear the guests in the neighbouring room however didn’t bother us.
The swimming pool is extremely deep for its size, 3 strokes and you would be at the end.
The bar staff could use a sprinkle of happiness, we ordered a drink and took it to our room as the guy behind the bar has no chat or personality and clearly didn’t want to be in shift.

Good location, sufficiently comfortable rooms.
This is an old property, which was refurbished but it still looks and feels dated. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity on any bar or restaurant check and the lack of motivation to give good service shows. I have worked for years in a restaurant and will always tip well but am vehemently opposed to automatic large gratuities like this as it demotivates servers. The customer ends up paying top gratuity for mediocre or bad service.
