Quality Inn Alcoa Knoxville

Location

Floors were not cleaned well.

Nothing special

I was tgere on a two day stay, my wife and I took our personal belongings out of the room so house keeping could work the room. Beds were not remade, trash was not emptied, all they did was change out towels amd wascloths. Saw small German roach in the hallway on the third floor.

The room was clean and the price was excellent

The elevator is a little creaky. It was the only thing that seemed old.

The breakfast was pretty good, lots of options. The room was visibly tidy. Location was perfect.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Two towels were stained, and the pillows, sheets, and comforters had stains that made them appear as though they hadn’t been properly cleaned. Thankfully, we didn’t encounter any bugs. The room had a strong, musty odor that was difficult to tolerate, the sink was severely clogged, and the room stayed humid and never cooled down enough for comfortable sleeping. The bed had a metal support that kept popping and making loud noises throughout the night, and we could even hear loud booming noises coming from other rooms.
