Clean comfortable location
Front desk person was very impatient. Maybe he doesn't know what it feels like to be a little numb and tired after driving hour after hour. A little more kindness would have been helpful.

I liked it was on a hill away from stores etc. I enjoyed it had trees around property to hide most businesses in area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed it was peaceful. Unfortunately,in the bathroom I found 3 pieces of dogfood on floor. So there is no way floor was cleaned completely. They were behind bathroom door.

Location was great the breakfast was good
Scott at the front desk was so rude not just to me but to a couple other guests I witnessed and to part of my family that stayed in our two rooms

The location was convenient. The price for the room was reasonable. Breakfast and coffee bar were just what we needed and the pool was good.
The room was noisy. We could hear doors shutting, people talking, flushing toilets, and squeaky pipes all night. Earplugs did not really help. Also, the tub and sink caulking was very moldy and was not scrubbed very well. I also had to place a towel under the door to stop the vape smell from coming into our room from the hallway. The vape smell was constant in the hallway despite time of day.
