The value here was very good for staying during Living Dead Weekend. The room was clean and good sized, and we got very hot water. Wifi was free as well!
The bed wasn't great - particularly the pillows. The walls are pretty thin as well.

The location suited us heading out of Pittsburgh the next day. The room had everything required.
The sound proofing between rooms was non-existent, could hear the TV and conversations of people until the early hours of the morning. The dog barking in a room as you walk past gives you a heck of a fright.
