Consistency is the key to comfort and trust. I know the room will be clean, the staff will be friendly and helpful, the breakfast will be top quality.
The pool was closed for maintenance. The number one reason I booked was for the indoor pool.

The room was clean, even though it was next to the lobby it wasn't loud.
There was a slight smell to the room and needed to ask for towels not knowing to put used ones outside the door. Trash wasn't taken out.
