The breakfast was good, no need to change that. Everything anyone needs for breakfast is there. Anyone complaining about breakfast cant be pleased and should consider eating elsewhere.
My only gripe, though mine alone, is the pet issue. When booking your site says *pet friendly*, when credit card is entered, it shows a 25 dollar pet fee. Im not a fan of ANY fee, much less 25 dollars. Example, we have a 3 year old 8 pound Yorkie that doesn't bark, pooh or pee on the floor, never harm a soul and loveable as heck. Im sure its a money maker, but the positive experience pet people would have being welcome without a fee would be a win win for LaQ

The breakfast was average. Have had better. not alot of choices.
The location was good and it was very clean.
There were children running around in the room above us at 10:30, had to call the Office it was so noisy. Heard all kinds of bumps and running up and down the halls from kids mostly on in the night. Very annoying.

It was clean smelling and the staff were friendly but you have to wait a bit to be waited on
The beds were very uncomfortable. They need new pillows very wore out and the sheets, blankets and towels had stains on them. Our room the tiles in the bathroom were loose and coming up they had different color paint spots all over the room like they were covering holes that were fixed. They also had rubber molding that a dog chewed up too never replace or repaired. The room upstairs above was very noisy like they were playing football. Outside wasn't clean at trash all over and people smoking weed the smell was awful and it got on our clothes but what do you expect for being in the hood on the Southside of town. The elevator was out when we checked out so we had to make several trips with our luggage. Never gone stay at a LaQuinta again. Not worth the money
