Room size was great! Couch was nice. Had everything we needed. Cleaning staff on the 26th checking in was very good and very nice. Loved the location! Everything was close for shopping and eating out. Nice eating and front lobby seating. Overall a good place to stay.
Bed is way too tall, especially for a handicapped room. The room is very dark. Dark paint, low lighting.
Breakfast was ok but not as good as other comparable hotels and no attendant to help. The front desk on the 27th checking out could have been friendlier. Trash outside by the back door all the time was full and spilling over. Key card reader at back door was broke and hanging down. Quite a bid of noise at night from equipment outside the window. PLEASE do not use Lysol to clean with!! People can be allergic to it. There are better, safer and not so terrible smelling products for germs and cleaning available. PLEASE do not put nice scents in the room!! Whatever it was made me sick.
A mirror over the table with better lighting would make another place to get ready besides the bathroom so more than one person can fix hair and makeup.
I don't think 2 carts for a hotel this size is enough.

It had the cheapest price for hotels in the area. They had availability.
It was outdated. Some areas in the room needed some improvements. Specifically, the shower. The bed was not comfortable.
