Everything is as advertised! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the parking lot has security cameras to prevent any of the sticky fingers that Santa Cruz is known for, and the breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. The staff are very friendly and the location is walkable to the ocean!

Convenient location close to the boardwalk and the coast. The facility was cozy and decorated well. The bed was soft and comfortable.
We booked under both our names several weeks ahead. We called to confirm our arrival time on the morning of the trip. Male front desk staff STACY told us that there is no reservation under my name (paid with my card). He said the rooms are all filled and we should call Booking website to find out why reservation was cancelled. We thought we would have to cancel our trip! We gave him the second name and then he was able to find the room. / The traffic passing by was audible from our room. The window unit air conditioner would not stay on during the night with hot weather.
