I enjoyed my Room
I had a king size bed and my kids had a king size bed. Room was very spacious. There was a jacuzzi in mine. Location was awesome. I walked to the Boardwalk. Saved me money having to park over in the boardwalk parking lot. I would definitely recommend
Only thing I didn’t like was the vending machines. One only took cash. And it wouldn’t take my cash on hand. And it was a hassle to get the drinks having to use my physical debit card because tap wouldn’t work.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the swimming pool and spa, which provided a very pleasant outlook. We appreciated the ice machines and guest laundry facilities on site. The hotel's location is an easy walk to the Santa Cruz wharf and waterfront.
Am I just being picky? But I did not like having the washbasin in the room. This is a minor dislike, and didn't detract majorly from the overall experience.

Great location near the Pacific Garden Mall; helpful and friendly check-in. Free off-street parking and a clean room with a comfortable bed. It was one of the least expensive rooms in a good location.
The room is pretty outdated and a little shabby and dark. The main problem with the room is that it was incredibly stuffy; it was an unusually warm afternoon in Santa Cruz, and the air conditioning was not functioning I needed to get to an event, so didn't have time to deal with it, but in retrospect, I should have asked for a different room.
