I loved and appreciated the size of the room. Great in-room amenities. Coffee maker, iron and board, closet, sofa, lamps... all great.
The bathroom was nice and big. Water pressure could have been better. But the water was hot which was much appreciated. Price was good too.
The only thing that was off putting was the smell of the hallways. Smelled like a petting zoo. And was humid and hot... like there'd literally been barnyard animals nextdoor.

Good and safe location close to Pueblo for buisness. Nice mountain views. Felt safe there.
need better or more coffee supplies in the rooms. Also need more food items besides breakfast bars for breakfast.

We were having trouble finding my husband's wallet. A very nice gentleman (maybe room cleaner) helped us back into our room. Then took my name and phone number in case he found it. We did find it later, but very much appreciated his help!
The beds were very nice quality!
The price was good!
The location, other than our room was on the ride of the 4 lane highway ... therefore very loud.
1. Paper coffee cups were too tall for
drip coffee pots.
2. Traffic was too loud, our room was
on side of 4 lane highway.
3. What happened to Hot breakfast.
We've stayed there several times in
past and breakfast was always hot
and good. Now we got coffee, a
piece of fruit, and a granola bar ...
Really?
4. TV didn't work, finally someone
came and got it working.
5. The grounds outside were just not
kept up.
5. Not the quality we remembered in
the past.
