I liked how easy it was to check in…
There was a 50$ consultation charge… I was told it would be released/reimbursed AFTER my check out… its still pending and it’s been 5 days since I checked out (and we did no damage to the property. It was my self, my son, my daughter and her boyfriend (my oldest son who lives in town did sit and talk with us a while, and then left. Then came back the next morning to help us check out, and spend the day with us before we headed home). checked in, went to dinner, did some shopping, came back. My sons and I talked in the room while my daughter and her boyfriend swam. We went to sleep got up, got dressed and left. Sooo… that charge is completely unnecessary and misleading because it adds a 50$ upcharge onto the room. I wouldve went somewhere else nicer if the charge was going to another 50$ more. This was only booked due to price. So if you go there heads up, and good luck letting it come back to your account.

The staff was nice
All the ratings and reviews were great leading us to reserve the room. However our room #238 wasn't all that great. The bed spread was dirty and stained ( bed by window), there were dirty towels left behind the door in the bathroom, and my wife has little bites all over her body (she slept in the bed closest to the bathroom). I really hope its an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent, but I have a feeling they may be bed bug bites...
