Location
No fridge or microwave. And I didn’t know what time it was bc it was always dark bc my window was facing a brick tunnel

Staff was very friendly and super responsive. Facility was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfy. Location was excellent. We walked everywhere.
The first room I had was not good. Very tiny and oddly laid out. The ventilation system kept blowing on me all night with no way to shut it off or turn it down. I asked and they changed my room the next day and the new room was much more comfortable. Though it didn’t have good lighting in the bathroom. ( hard to put make up on. ) Also, a coffee maker and coffee were provided, but no tea bags for those of us that don’t drink coffee.

The proximity of the hotel to Van Andel and downtown was wonderful.
We had an issue with our key card upon arrival which took up some time. Additionally, our bedding had quite a few stains on it (always wonder why hotels use white) and we were bummed about the lack of mini fridge.
