The property is well located. It’s close to food, drink and venues. The property is also gorgeous the Libby is a really cool place to just hang out and look around.
The room I stayed in the carpet was starting to come up in one of the corners.

This is a gorgeous hotel and we chose it because of the location to Acrisure Amphitheater.
The check in process was very long and aggravating. There was no early check in and we got in line at 3:45pm and check in was 4pm. Waited over 30 minutes to get to a front desk person but the room wasn’t available. They had to double check the cleaning of it. They couldn’t tell us what time it would be available. They said we would receive a text when it was ready. Waited another 30-40 minutes without a text. Finally went to the bellhop stand and a very nice gentleman was able to give us keys. There was a bar/restaurant across from check in but the wasn’t open until 4:30pm. This was frustrating.
The room was very large but the bathroom was very small. Our water never got hot, warm but not hot. If we were staying more than one day I would have mentioned this.
There seemed to be many weddings at the hotel or in the area so maybe this weekend was just a little unusual.

The location was good but you have to pay extra for the river view even if the hotel is not full and they have availability.
They don’t give you HH points if you book through Booking and they give you a subtle but clear attitude.
The parking is super expensive and the valet parking people mess up your electronics in the car. Avoid using them. Other parking near by is only $14 for 24 hrs. vs $49 they charge.
The manager is not friendly if you request a free upgrade even though I had reserved an accessible room and when I got there they didn’t have it.
No one takes responsibility for checking the closet of room 844 to retrieve two expensive jackets left accidentally. No one can say whether the room was cleaned or if someone actually checked the closet when asked 3-4 hrs later. All they do, is send you an email with lost and found forms and in more than 24 hrs no one responds to the forms or several calls to the front desk in search of some accountability. The longer they wait in taking action, the higher the chances of loosing the items. So far no news of my very expensive jackets.
