The location was perfect for me. Room needs updating, but was clean and met my needs. Gas station on premises was great, with small convenience store. Hot water was immediate.
I definitely would NOT walk to the lake.not a great path and in people's yards, with no access to the actual lake. Great view of the lake tho.
The fact that the A/C and heater are all connected by one unitevery room. room. I had to block the fan bc it blew hard and constNt. You cannot turn it off. The windows were old and filthy and the screens were broken. the carpet needs cleaning also. Just basically old and outdated inside. The wind blew so hard o e night that you could hear it coming threw the front door.

Very Nice Rustic Decor. It has a very nice little Casino and Restaurant onsite, and it's nestled right next to Topaz Lake. Our room was a lake view, and it was beautiful at Sunrise and Sunset. The room has all of the basic amenities, and the beds were comfortable. There was a general Store, fuel and even an RV Park, so it was very self contained. Great place to walk your dog too!
I can't think of anything to complain about!

The lake view
The facility is barely functioning. Only the basic services remain. The only remaining restaurant was mediocre at best. The hotel room appeared clean until you looked closely. The room had been sprayed with an “air freshener “ so thickly that my nose began running. Sad and disappointing.
