Very clean
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. I did run into an issue with my booking, but I especially want to recognize Theresa for her outstanding customer service! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in getting everything situated.
Unfortunately, while Theresa was helping me, one of her coworkers made a rude and unnecessary remark about how long the process was taking. I found that very unprofessional, especially considering Theresa was simply doing her job and making sure a guest was taken care of.
I truly hope management recognizes Theresa for the amazing employee she is. Her kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I am extremely grateful for her help. It's unfortunate that someone providing such wonderful customer service has to deal with that kind of attitude from a coworker.
Thank you again, Theresa! You turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I genuinely appreciate you! ❤️

The room was nice and big and the breakfast options were good.
The carpet seemed dirty and some of the common areas were dirty, the floors and the elevator.
