The shuttle to Disney
Never received maid service. It would have been nice to have our beds made after 12 hours at the park.

This is a great family-friendly hotel. Staff was very nice and very professional. I used to work in a hotel so I look in the rooms, check pillows and blankets to make sure everything is clean and everything was clean and dusted. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our room was very spacey and it was very quiet as well. The shuttle service to Disneyland is awesome and the drivers are very friendly. You get multiple choices of food and a convenient deli with personal items for sale.
The shower takes a little long to heat water, the tables in the bistro had book decorations on them and they were very dusty and had food crumbs stuck on them. I moved it away from our food but a few crumbs flew onto my plate.

I've stayed at this location multiple times over the years. I used to appreciate the location, the size of the rooms, the parking availability and the shuttle but over the years the service has gone down, especially after COVID.
The hotel rooms haven't been well kept up. The shower drains were clogged up, the service was mid level and they don't offer room service until your 3rd night. I typically refuse service for a 3 night stay but not to offer it all doesn't seem right. The shuttle service isn't great; the shuttle itself was breaking down. One shuttle didn't have a working ramp for the scooters, another one was half breaking down the driver arrived at Disney then left.
