The room was clean and roomy. Comfortable bed and couch. We felt comfortable during our stay. It was great that they had washer and driers there to use. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I liked everything.

We mentioned that we had already made full payment but was charged in full for both rooms again. Messaged twice through Booking.com regarding this but they have not replied. So far the double charge is not falling off. I cannot understand why the computer system cannot show up which guests have made full payment ; even when we have already red flagged it. ( Residence Inn Portland did the same and double charged).
