Emily the worker at the location that we stayed at was a lifesaver she seen what the other person was putting us through and gave us a room that my husband could get to easily and safely instead of going all the way up to the third floor all the way down to the other end of the building. My husband has a lot of difficulties with walking and that's why I requested the room at the end of the hall on the first floor
Fire alarm test got migraine headaches refuse to give me my room that I was promised the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor my husband almost fell a few times cuz of it he is disabled half the TV channels did not work breakfast was stopped at 9:00 a.m. when we were told it was 9:30 on the flyer on the internet

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fine--had to let the front desk staff know the coffee was out, but he immediately got more. The location was close to downtown Concord (convenient for the NH Book Festival), and very close to the highway (which I could see/hear from the room).

The breakfast was really good. Staff was kind, helpful and attentive. Clean, comfortable rooms. The kids loved the (small) indoor pool.
The climate control was a little weird to operate. But since it was early fall, I didn’t really need a lot of heat or A/C. And I have a personal pet peeve for hotel drapes that do not close all the way. I like a dark room and these rooms have just thin sheers over most of the window, allowing the sun to come in whenever it rises.

No toiletries . Pillow cases had an odor . Shower floor was unclean and not scrubbed . I usually bring cleaning products and I scrubbed bathroom floor and shower
