I like that the property was in a central location.
That the host sent us to Harrahs hotel and we were supposed to stay at Caesars.

ordered room service and the syrup and butter was missing from the bag...had to call front desk to request and by the time received, the pancakes were cold.
would have liked a microwave to heat breakfast ordered and to reheat coffee. Next time, I will travel with my own coffee, sugar, creamer and heating method

I didn’t like the facility. I booked a room thinking I was staying at Ceasars Hotel instead the room chosen was at Harrah’s hotel their partner location.
It’s outdated and I wasn’t made aware that the room was at the Harrahs location across the street( neighboring partner). Just last weekend I stayed at Ceasars Hotel and I LOVED my corner 4th flr room. A total different experience than the room at Harrahs. Ewww
