The facility is beautiful.
The staff was friendly, but not outgoing. The cleaners removed a bag of trash from the room across the hall from me that smelled like vomit(I'm sure it was, being New Orleans) and left it in the hallway for several minutes, enough I passed it three times while hauling my luggage.
Parking is egregious. The garage is so low my stock pickup nearly scraped the ceiling and sprinklers, there was an additional cost to park, PLUS another charge which was never mentioned prior to booking or explained.

I enjoy the water front location. The proximity to the convention center was very nice. This was our third time staying. The overall atmosphere was very nice.
The room and bathroom were small. I was very disappointed with the size of the bathroom.
For the amount of money that was paid I was very disappointed in the room.

My room was located near the elevator and was very noisy. As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed that no additional benefits or compensation were offered to address the inconvenience.
