Easy to find and budget friendly. In a decent area of Burbank right off the highway. Hotel is maintained and good for just needing a place to sleep.
parking spaces are a bit cramped. While the hotel is clean for the most part, it is a throw back to the 70s & 80s era. fixtures are nearly antiqued, carpeting is old, and appliances (hair dryer & refrigerator) are definitely old but maintained. Not much to do in the area without needing to use transportation. there is a gas station across the street but no restaurants, coffee shops, fast food spots, etc in the immediate area (15min) to comfortably walk to.

Great location for our trip. Close to everywhere we planned to go. Very clean room. Very pleasant & friendly staff.
Lobby coffee & juice were out of order but there was a coffee maker in the room.

I've already submitted this twice, but I'll say it again. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Parking was easy as was room access. When I need to stay on that side of town, this will be my spot.
