Overall a very cute place to stay. King suite room was like a mini apartment. Lots of room and a full kitchen. Parking was extremely tight. If you have a large vehicle or truck be ready for that. They could use some black out curtains on their windows. To much sunlight coming in. And the kitchen AC unit did not blow out cold air. It was a 20-25 minute drive to downtown LA. So it served its purpose for us. Would stay there again if we were in a pinch for a room close to LA.

Had a great stay. Place was cozy and such friendly staff. We loved the ability to use transportation from the hotel to Universal! Easy to schedule and appreciated the flexibility in available pick up and drop off times.

Great hotel, just wish they weren’t using generative AI images for their room keys and on display in the lobby. The property is already lovely enough, hire a photographer to take some great photos of the property instead.
