location was excellent, in walking distance of the historic district, plaza and art galleries. Several nearby restaurants. The room was very clean. Adequate parking.
no coffee maker in the room and the lobby coffee wasn't made made until 7. I had to go get coffee from the nearby gas station along with several other of the hotel patrons. Some things were broken in the room, like the edge of the table was coming off.

The location is excellent. 15 minute walk to the Plaza and a convenience store next door. The fact that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby and a fridge & microwave in the room were also positives.
Bed was not bad, but pillows were hard.

It's a clean motel that looks more like a hotel within the room. The area is a little outside downtown Santa Fe, though a fifteen-minute walk gets you to the town square. Right across the street is a cool breakfast place and just around the corner is a gas station. As far as a motel is concerned, it's a clean one, with a mix of people, since hotels in Santa Fe seem to be oddly expensive all the time.
Sound filters in through the AC/windows and some light gets through the curtains, but otherwise it wasn't bad.

Fair room for a quick stop during your trip. Big room. Staff is not polite. No breakfast, no water bottle, no elevator or people to help with bags in the second floor with stairs.
Staff. No consideration for a room with no stair when you have big luggage.
