It was okay
Parking was not good at all, small parking lot for the size of hotel and rude staff couldn’t find our reservation, because she marked us as no show directly after we booked the hotel.

Closeness to family
The bed needs a topper, it was hard

pizza for breakfast wasn't expected. They had boiled eggs. Coffee was good!
The room wasn't cleaned. But they gave me another room that had the beds made and clean.

Location
The property is run down. Walls, baseboards, ceilings badly need a new coat of paint!
Gym equipment needs repair/replacement.
