Great location and service. Was greeted with warmth and my room was even upgraded due to being my anniversary. The room was beautiful and spacious. There were so many things in walking distance. Great experience.
Nothing.

Room was excellent and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Hotel lobby has a good bar and staff at reception was great.
Lifts too too long to arrive - especially at peak time

Huge bathroom was a plus.
Elevators! Please have all of them working, waiting for an elevator for a period of time gets annoying.

Location excellent.
Elevators not working. Only one bank out of four was in service. Had to ride up to get down and that took about 20 minutes. Heard Nothing from the hotel!! If they cared they should have informed the guests and if they cared to offer an apology. The working staff however was very nice!!
