Convenient location to Pike Place, the waterfront as well as shopping in Westlake.
Rooms are very tight but not unusual for a hotel in a city.

So conveniently close to the convention center
The bed was lopsided already

We were very impressed with the Theodore all together and would definitely stay there again if we were in Seattle again!
The only issue was the layout of the bathroom, the placement of the light switch was outside of the bathroom and the seal on the shower door was not the best, so water got all over the floor.

Location and decor was good
Our room was too small. I bumped my head several times on the tv and there was no floor space once cases were out. No dressing table for makeup etc . We paid around $1000 for 2 nights yet they still charged for water in the rooms.
The headboard was ripped which spoilt the look of the room and should not be in a high end hotel.
