The staff was amazing and did their best to accommodate the Balloon Festival crowd. We ended up having to check in after the evening event on the night that we arrived due to so many people checking out late. They stored our luggage and were cheerful even at 10 pm. True professionals.
I’m not complaining, but it would be nice to work out a deal with the Balloon Fiesta transportation company to have a bus bring visitors from the mall directly to the hotel, especially after the evening events. The street lighting between the parking lot and the hotel (15 min walk) is not great, and after an evening of walking all over the balloon park, we were pretty tired. Lots of parents were carrying their kids who were asleep along with chairs, etc.

Love the location. Good parking with lots of shade.
Our room had the harshest lighting. The bedside lamps were blinding. I think the property should invest in soft light LED bulbs. There were nice bright reading lights attached to the headboard. The bright night table lamps were unnecessarily bright. The desk lamp did not work. I’d also like a bath mat for getting out of the shower. We sacrificed a hand towel for a bath mat.

What breakfast ? Oh ,the expensive breakfast items we had to pay for. Good location. Comfy bed , we had a mini frig in room, my daughter didn't have a mini frig in her room .
A microwave in room. More channels on tv . We asked for wake up call and didn't get it . Linen- only one hand towel ,two washcloth and next day they removed one used washcloth but left the other used washcloth no clean ones.
