For us, the location was excellent. It was walking distance to many different services and to family in the area, so we didn't have to use a car all the time. Yet the proximity to the highway was also convenient. The room was more comfortable than we expected and had all the extra things to make for a very easy stay (refrigerator, blow dryer, iron with ironing board, etc.). Even though the property is close to the highway, the noise was hardly noticeable because of the barrier wall. Good value for the money.
Would have been nice to have screens on the windows for mosquitoes.

The front desk staff/owner was very nice and polite. It is across the street from a Trader Joe's, Costco and other shopping establishments so that was convenient.
It desperately needs an upgrade...location makes it very difficult to exit the parking. Bath towels were sheer and do not dry adequately - very poor quality. No special cable channels to watch movies. The outside building facade needs repair and maintenance. I could not open my windows because there was no screen so flies or anyone can easily enter...so I had to lock the windows.
