Exactly what one expects from something called Best Value Inn. Was allowed to park in the car park all day before check in. Fine room, basic but clean. Slept well but I was awfully tired.
Quite a thin duvet

My parents enjoyed their stay BUT the lack of professionalism and consideration for people's personal security information is where this place fell. Hopefully they fix the issue with the card reader not being able to reach customers so they can enter their pin debt number and not give it out.
Should NOT ask the customer to tell them (employees of Americas Value Inn) their debt PIN. There's a difference between please enter your pin number when the card reader asks vs. tell me your pin number so "I" (not the customer) can enter it for you. Just because the card reader doesn't reach doesn't justify this. A pin number to your debit should NEVER be giving out or said out loud it's a SECURUTY measure.
