The bed was sooo comfortable,
Two hair conditioners in the shower. No shampoo, elevator really needs a good cleaning

Early check in was very much needed and we were accommodated.

Location easy to get to and close to events I was attending. Breakfast okay with being really good some days and not so good on others! Coffee was terrible even with 'fancy' machine in the breakfast area. Pool was awful appearing and never saw anyone in it! Some of the hotels around this one looked a lot cleaner.
Cleanliness. Had to ask for room to be serviced. Breakfast not so good on some days. Coffee was terrible. Pool looked old and unclean, not appealing at all.
