This is an older, but very well maintained motel. Street appeal is not great, but the actual rooms are quite nice and clean.
It was nicely, remodeled, close to the hub of the southern Salt Lake valley, quiet, clean, and perfect for me as a single traveler on business in the area. It is not fancy in any way, but inviting, reasonable and value in all ways. Good choice

Super easy to find. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to the cool stuff, but still quiet.

Its a good little spot where everyone keeps to themselves. Having HBO max and other subscriptions made my stay pleasant. The area is surrounded by places to eat or enjoy. I would recommend this stay. My only complaint is the hot water on the shower was hard to figure out in my room it needs adjustment. But the room was very clean and nice. I would stay again.
