Staff were amazing, very helpful and gave good recommendations for places to go and eat in the area. Great location, really close to the metro with good connections to the main sights in LA. The room was basic but had everything you needed, mini fridge, super comfortable king bed and great shower. The free parking was also an amazing perk for central LA in a secure car park with security.
Only one elevator up to the rooms, and you had no option to use the stairs. Sometimes the wait for the elevator would be a while, especially in the mornings around check out time.

Room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows really comfortable plus blackout curtains made it great for resting. Bathroom was great, shower pressure was really nice. Good furniture to organize personal things comfortably but not making the room crowded. Our room even had a nice tiny fridge that resulted very convenient.
All staff were kind and friendly.
The hotel was perfectly located in terms of bus stops and metro entrance to move around the whole city. Coming and going to/from LAX Airport was also pretty easy and convenient.
We enjoyed mostly everything although is true that downtown and Koreatown LA are complex neighborhoods. Since society is so uneven and unfair, there is a lot of people in homeless situations having really tough times around, without food and without shelter and they have to live in this streets. Often times they can get aggressive so you have to be alert.

great bed, awesome pillows. Very clean room with enough space. I had a King non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all so it's been that way for a while. Locked , gated parking was good for my motorcycle.
TV was broken, color was off and nothing I did could fix it. Others I talked too had cold showers and were not fixed during the time we were all there. I had a hot shower in the same wing of the building.
