Everything was great. Great location..clean rooms and property, helpful staff. Great value. I will stay here again when I return.

Comfy bad, location is OK to LA attractions
Walls made of paper, you hear every word of your neighbours - very annoying at 4 am.... Expensive vs services.

I appreciated the FREE parking. I appreciated how clean the public microwaves were kept. I liked the diversity of the customers--this was the highlight of this place. I saw all different kinds of people. Everyone was friendly.
I didn't like that the elevator wasn't working. I didn't like that you couldn't call the place and talk to someone. Tried calling several times but the automatic message said the message box was full. This situation made me think this place was a scam and not legit. But since i made the reservation and paid for it through Booking.com--I knew it had to be legit. I appreciated that my room had air conditioning because it was extremely hot in Los Angeles during my stay. But I didn't appreciate that I had to have it on all the time to make my room have proper air to breathe. I didn't appreciate that people could be smoking right outside my room. I could smell all their smoke and that was not fair.

I think the facilities and comfort were ok for the price
One particular staff member was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They were not being clear and when I asked follow up questions they continuously passive aggressively said ‘maybe I’m not speaking clearly enough’, and when I called after our stay, this person aggressively hung up on me when I needed help.

"The location was excellent. The hotel staff were the most helpful and lovely people. The room was immaculate and for the money it was an absolute find and would recommend to anyone doing LA on a budge..."
