Location, size of room and cleanliness.
All was fine

It was very convenient to take the train to DC. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The layout of the room was a little difficult for my husband and I to lay out our suitcases

The location, including facilities in the area, made it convenient. The parking was also good.
When checking in a little early, I was advised our room with 2 queen beds wasn't ready, so we returned in about an hour. This time, another staff member stated they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds left. That didn't make sense, as the original reservation made months earlier was for a 2-queen bedroom and we weren;t late in arrival.

Room was great until no hot water on Saturday 7am when we were told water would be shut off at 11am
