The comfort of the beds and the great location

The location was perfect! We attended a concert in the area, within walking distance of the hotel. We found it safe to walk to and from the hotel.

It’s great that it’s close to the universal theme park although the shuttle service was really poor took over an hour when we simply walked it within 12 minutes.
The baggage service was awful. We felt like an inconvenience to them and they even damaged our luggage with no reimbursement.
