The property is very welcoming I always book the Hilton for my universal needs: pool & jacuzzi, games and staff:
The rooms water temperature on the second floor was a bit cold for a shower, it took 10 min to heat up:

Close proximity to park.
Property was great. We had a power outage while staying which came back on in 3-4hrs , but understand things happen.

It was close to Universal Studios and within walking distance.
The breakfast was a little pricy for continental breakfast.
5 / 10·Oct 2026
Only the location is good just because it's near the universal studios
The room was very small, the bathroom was leaking, and we had do ask to clean our room since they didn't did it on a daily basis.
Check in is at 4pm.
Very poor hotel service 😢
