Location and free breakfast. Also the staff was friendly and accommodated our request for a refrigerator.
Unfortunately, only one elevator was in service in a 36 floor hotel, which led to significant delays during breakfast and check-out.

Good selection of hot and cold food
Tea and coffee facilities in the room. The coffee was awful and sugar and cream were not replenished . The water in the bathroom wasn't very hot

Close to the action; cozy; good value Sweet breakfast options Complimentary water bottles in the am was nice Luggage storage was also great
Elevator at peak times took FOREVER to arrive to floor… better chance of walking down all of your flights. I wouldn’t say this place is glamorous but it gets the job done

Convenient location
Elevator was broken so they only had one, and it was being controlled manually. We had to call to request it any time we wanted to go anywhere, and waited upwards of 30 mins for it to come sometimes
