My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown – Times Square, from October 7th to 12th, was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with many fresh options. The staff was always polite and helpful, which made our experience even better.
The only issue we faced was at check‑in, when the receptionist charged half of the total amount to my card and the full amount to my friend’s card. Fortunately, the situation was quickly resolved, and we received an apology by email. We understand that mistakes can happen, but attention to these details is important.
Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the service and comfort provided by the hotel.

Location: 10 min. walking distance from Times Square, but quiet area
Rooms are quite big, bed very comfortable and well cleaned
Breakfast was really nice (Ahmad was amazing :))
During our stay everything went well and smooth. Nothing to point out

The good thing about it this hotel is its location. It’s just 2 blocks away from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The subway station 42 street/Port Authority is just 50 metres from the hotel. Times Square is a 10 minute walk away.
The room was small and very basic. It is sufficient for you to sleep and spend the night. The breakfast room was small. If you came in late, you will have to queue up to get a table as the hotel is popular with tour groups. Housekeeping was patchy. I had to ask for towels and toilet rolls to be replaced.
