Within walking distance to Universal Studios. Room was very nice and clean. Cost of the room was excellent value. I had the room that had a living room with a sofa couch and separate bedroom that had 2 full beds. There were 2 tvs as well.
The only negative thing is the cost of parking and no continental breakfast. Although these aren't deal breakers.

It was close to attractions we visited. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful

The location was great for universal even provided a bus to and from universal and other locations if needed. You could also walk and get there rather quickly.
Didn’t like having to pay for parking, also sometimes the gate wouldn’t open and you would have to call in order to get out. There was also ants in the room whenever you’d move something you’d see the ants running around. The bathroom was pretty small, the breakfast option was not great probably would have preferred a buffet option. My tv remote was not working correctly and when my husband mentioned it to the staff they acted as they didn’t care so we went without tv.
