Perfect location for us, parking close to door, room clean and comfy, and sunny breakfast room with good food choices.
Bathroom needed a bit of sprucing - wallpaper needed repair and hinges were rusty.

Location, accessibility.
Handicap accommodation could have been better. It is very important for the toilet and bars to meet ADA standards.

Good breakfast

Comfortable bed
It needs to be remodeled. Outdated decor. Carpet is worn. Scratched up walls (probably from the housekeeping carts.) Small holes in the privacy curtain.
