The location, close to restaurants and shopping, was great! The hotel amenities and staff were also very good.
The sofa in my room was very stained and needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was pretty good and as expected. Great location.
The dining area is poorly maintained with dried mystery crud on seats. Tables not cleaned. In the room cleaning only every other day is poor. Because of the lack of daily cleaning, people leave bags of trash piled in the hall and by the elevator. My room had brown stuff in the cracks of the white wall under the the toilet paper dispenser that should not have been there any house keeping service should have noticed this.

"The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal! Very nice and personable. He was an African-American gentleman with long dreads. Give that man a raise!"
