I was a little upset when I went to take a shower in the morning and it was my graduation day. The hot water was not working. They told me the engineer would need to come fix the pipes. My mom and I had to shower in another room. Having to do that was an inconvenience.

Nothing.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was pleasant. Hotel was clean. My room was clean, good size and great view. The location is great.
Parking was tight. My room door kept getting stuck and I had to use some strength to open it. The air conditioner kept going out so it was either freezing or not working. And the breakfast was not good at all.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and the staff was friendly and responsive. The shuttle was easy to book for pickup and drop off.
The shower did not appear to have been cleaned. There were lots of hair that did not belong to me.
