It was convenient to events we were doing in Phoenix.
Pool wasn’t open, smart tv didn’t work, noise from airplanes from Sky Harbor every 5 minutes.

Hotel currently in renovation. Lifts are unusable several hours a day. Water temperature was messed up (due to boiler room issues). Sometimes boiling hot, sometimes only cold.
Room thermostat was broken and AC temperature could not be adjusted. Asked for it to be serviced 3 times to no effect.
Usually our stay at this hotel is very pleasant but this time not so. The renovations had too much impact and should have been better managed.
