The location was excellent! The room was very generous in size, and the view was great.
You have to be prepared for stairs. This isn’t a problem for me but, if one has limited mobility, this wouldn’t be a good room.

Location! Perfect proximity to where I wanted to be. Very clean. Bathroom well appointed- lots of towels and generous amounts of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bed very comfy. Room equipped with proper drinking/wine glasses with corkscrew. Did not use coffee maker
Stairs from street level a bit steep in a narrow staircase. Toilet very low to floor level. Traffic noise, but minimal and diminishes to almost none at night. Bathroom sink very small- little to no space for toiletries. Heating/ac unit operating directions a bit confusing at first. Standing lamp light switch broken in the "on" position and has to be plugged in manually for it to work, but the 2 lamps by the bed work as the should.Did not see any staff on site.

The location put all of the theatres we were attending within walking distance. The room was charming and had many interesting bits of Edison information that we enjoyed.
Stairs. At 80 years old, the stairs were probably good for us, but sometimes exhausting.
