I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!

We were in Stratford to see a show. We arrived early and were allowed to park prior to checking in. After our show we met Bruce, the owner and he kindly showed us our room and explained some of the amenities the inn had to offer. The room, despite being on the smaller size, was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was quite comfortable as were the two chairs. The shower had decent water pressure. There were lots of add ons. Coffee and tea in the room, lots of extra towels, several hangers; umbrellas (just in case), smart tv, and mini fridge. There’s a nice patio with comfortable seating where you can enjoy your coffee or an evening drink. The attached coffee shop opens early and there’s a connected bar/lounge for the evening. We were in walking distance to the Avon Theatre and many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again and check out a different themed room.

Great property! Close to everything. Will continue to stay here for future visits.

We stayed in the mini room. Even though the room was small it had everything we needed and more. The room is put together with so much care: hooks on the wall (I love hooks), a coffee maker, champagne glasses, a water bottle that could be filled in the hallway,…
The place was super clean, the bed was comfy, we had a view of the river. Bruce came out to check with us if everything was okay and gave us tips on where to eat. There are 4 parking spots at the Inn and 4 a little bit farther away. For us it was no problem to walk the block and a half. We would definitely come back.
