The staff greeted us with kindness & smiles immediately. Everyone was genuine & so friendly. We love that it is incredibly upscale, with southern charm & it's more of a boutique hotel. The breakfast was a great bonus, love the afternoon appetizers, and the milk & cookies were my personal favorite! Harrison made sure I had some chocolate chip cookies! Nightly turndown service was a nice touch as well. We will absolutely be back

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved the cocktail hour with the wine and cheese! Bob the mixologist makes the best Old Fashion along with wonderful hospitality! The staff from the front desk to the valet are wonderful! We had to leave early morning and they had our car waiting for us and loaded our luggage!!

You couldn't ask for a better location. Everything you would want to do is in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the extra benefits of cocktail hour and evening cookies were the absolute BEST!
My mom would have liked to be able to warm up her evening milk with her cookies or warm up a pastry in the morning, so maybe having a little microwave with the setup would be a nice addition.

Wish there was more Gluten Free/Dairy Free options, the staff was really wonderful and did their best for helping me with GF, The location was great
