The staff were so welcoming and accomodating especially the guy on valet. The rooms are some of the cleanest I’ve seen and we got upgraded. Good area as well.
Parking is a little expensive

The rooms were nice and staff were friendly location met my needs was happy.
On the weekend (Saturday) which is a peak period the pool area was out of bounds due to an event I thought paying good money to come to the hotel and told by a third party I couldn’t gain access to the pool area within the hotel was totally wrong. Why would a hotel hire out there entire pool area for a function ?

The service and staff were honestly up there with the best I’ve experienced. So nice and welcoming, nothing was a problem. Property was great, comfortable rooms and beds, great style and theme. Close to everything but still quiet and out of the rush and noise.
That there’s not one in Australia.
