The rooms are sooo comfortable - spacious, with a small kitchen. I won’t stay anywhere else in LA

Space in rooms. Design aesthetic.
Parking costs = 75/70 per day is INSANE… we avoided it and Tetris parked in the local area for the 5 days we stayed there. Our bath/shower blocked with every shower we took. Average customer service. Average barista coffee (latte). Our door was open ajar one day when we returned from a day out. I watched my brother pull and push it to check it was fully locked. This made us not want to use the housekeeping services for the 5 days we were there. I spoke with the hotel reception and no one ever got back to me. We asked to shift to a "quieter" room after the first night as we could hear people walking above us loudly and hear the lifts constantly. We moved to a new room, which was better but we still heard people above us often.
