The staff were super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to help me find my way around the city. The price is GREAT for what you are getting - a clean, safe spot to sleep at night! Located in a good central location and easy to get anywhere you need to go in the city.
Room was small and the air conditioner was okay, but I would have liked to have been able to open the window. It got a bit stuffy. However, the price was great!

Central location, close to everything.
It would be good to have the room serviced daily with clean towels.

It was a decent room, with a large bathroom, and had everything I needed; bed, desk, controllable climate, and 24/7 access. So for a functional, comfortable room to get a good night's sleep - it supplied just fine.
Window overlooked the central alley/AC units and pigeon nests.
Carpet, in and out of room, clearly needs replacing.
